THE NATURE FURY

The elements help us all

Spring, summer, winter, fall

Nature’s fury is hard to explain

Earth, wind, fire and rain

Riding winds on painted sail

Snow capped peaks we try to scale

Asking the oneness for gentle rain

To fall on earth and grow our grain.

Rivers flood and forests burn

Landscapes change at every turn

She coughs, trembles and sheds her tears

While expert's try to soothe our fears.

Our Earth doesn't need this pain

Mankind has left her scared and lame

Our task is to heal and mend our ways

Living in peace each and every day.

Open your mind and your heart

With love and kindness we'll make a start.

Reverse the destruction, mend and repair

We can heal our earth should we care.

Spring, summer, winter, fall

The elements help us all

Earth, wind, fire and rain

Nature’s fury is hard to explain

THE MASK

The morning sun takes my hand

Spreading warmth across the land

A new day has broken through

Changing the darkness to a sky of blue

I take a moment to bless this day

Eyes closed I begin to pray

Beauty and wonderment you share with me

Thank you for the sunshine that lets me sees

How will I fill the hours I ask?

How can it be done without my mask?

I was fearful to show all that I am

The human - the being we call man

For so long the mask I used

To hide from a world tainted and abused

No longer shall I hide

I am going to take it for a ride.

OUR MOTHER EARTH

Live in spirit, that's the way

"You're mad you fool! ", Well what the hey

We know what we're doing and where we're going

Let's all get our energy flowing.

Utopia is a wonderful dream

With beauty and harmony often seen

But here on earth we have a task

"Heal me please" our Mother asks

Destructive logging with power and might

Has our mother in a terrible plight

Rippling her children from her grip

Piles of lumber aboard are shipped

Our Earth Mother rocks and quivers

With every blow the loggers deliver

It's time for us to take a stand

It's time for us to heal our land.

THE STILLNESS

A candle lit and body still

Colourful images my mind does fill

Gentle music creates the scene

Crystal waters and forest of green.

My body relaxes and I go deep

I'm within my but not asleep

And in this stillness I can find

The greatest movement --- The subtle mind.

PURE LOVE

We are not alone you and me

We are not alone can't you see?

We are not alone dear Sisters and Brothers

We are not alone children, fathers and mothers.

Surrounded in pure love and light

Our guides are with us morning, noon and night,

They honour our earthly karmic task

With guidance available should we ask.

TAROT

78 cards in my hand I hold

Laying them in patterns the story unfolds

A little of your life that's been

Painting a picture of today's events and scenes

Behind your futures door we peak

For answers to questions that you seek

The journeys is long with many turns

With knowledge and understanding so you learn

The story is told and the cards all read

You ponder now on what's been said.

FALCON

Higher and higher my falcon flies

Casting clouds thru ice blue skies

Wings outstretched he catches the breeze

Simple control he flies with ease

My truth lies in letting go

Freedom of spirit, let it flow

Why, why don't you see

I am falcon, I am free

No shackles tie me down

I wear not a puzzled frown

All answers are within your heart

They have been since journeys start

Reach within there you'll find

The key ..... to the quiet mind.

A WORLD WITHIN

I open my eyes and shed a tear

For tightly closed the vision is clear

I'd like to stay, I'd like to hide

And never, ever go outside

What is it that I fear?

"Love yourself" is what I hear

Spirit and I are wonderful friends

And upon spirit I can depend

But I feel so lost in my thoughts

Even on reflection of what's been taught

I know I have to change my ways

And live the now, each and every day

But still I struggle with this task

A world viewed through a painted mask.

THE QUEST

Old of spirit, young at heart

Questions, questions from the start

The hard way is the course for you

Lessons learnt, tried and true.

To spirit, is the way you turn

A quest for understanding and to learn

Within you the answers are

Still you seek them from afar

We honour you “Soul Blessed”

And join with you on your quest.

MARIGOLD

Glowing, growing shinning bright

Won't you pick me on this night?

Warmth and love I share with you

I'm pastel orange a joyful hue

The essence of life within me I hold

For I am flower, call me marigold.

LIFE

When all is going wrong

Nothing seems right,

Sit down and still yourself

Find your inner light.

You may see the untruths of others

But forever be true,

Be at peace with yourself

In everything you do.

You walk the rainbow pathway

With many twists and turns,

Life is full of mystery

To explore and to learn.

HEALING HANDS

Moving on... letting go

Mind swings to and throw

Reviewing the past in colourful thought

Recalling many lessons ones been taught.

The universes energy is in my hands

To heal the people of many lands

The door has opened on this day

Ever forward ... no time to stray.

I’M NAKED

I'm naked and I am proud

I'm naked I say it aloud

But this is no sex filled scene

It hardly rates as R18

But I am naked none the less

Yes I am naked I do confess

Naked in truth before you I stand

Full of love I give you my hand

For naked I am and not on a shelf

For I am me my naked self

I looked within and found my way

I thank my spirit this and every day

For in spirit I trust and can depend

To find new people to be my friends.

NATURES BEAUTY

Peaceful, calm the forest once green

Water so clear, air so clean

Seasons changes and winter nears

Trees and shrubs shed their wares.

The wind tosses the leaves around

A golden carpet fills the ground

The artist sits immersed in the view

Browns and reds on sky of blue

Upon the canvas stark and bare

Each stroke applied with loving care

A picture of beauty, nature’s best

Finished now the artist rests

Cleaned tools are packed away

To bring them out another day

To capture the beauty he has done well

But alas he can not paint the smell.

SKY SPIRIT

To the sky is where I look this night

The stars above are shinning bright

In the darkness I still my gaze

My hearts on fire a burning blaze.

I sit in stillness full of wonder

Pondering on mankind's blunders

Questions, answers scientific debate

Looking for proof we'd stay up late

But we are spirit loved by all

Won't you hear Great Spirits Call?

Open thy heart and fell the fire

Let thy energy soar higher and higher

To help thee with thy soul's given task

Visions await thee if you should ask

The world of spirit is a gift to thee

It's yours ... It's mine and it's free.

POWER

Power at the flick of a switch

Lights glow without a hitch

Rivers, lakes give us power.

Lines run tower to tower.

Hospitals run day and night

Powering machines and light

Natural beauty forever lost

Adds to our powers cost

Could we do without its' might

Would we be in a terrible plight?

For we need this wondrous tool

Still we waste it like a fool.

MEDITATION

Gentle melodies, sounds so sweet

Soothing tempo, enchanting beat

In the chair I sit so still

Breathing deeply my lungs I fill

Closing my eyes to still my mind

To a place of beauty -- the purest kind.

Lion

I am a lion , king of the beasts

Upon fresh  zebra my  family  feast

It’s hard work looking  after my  pride

With poachers and hunters after my  hide

But man sees me with a crown on my  head

Not with much work too keep family  fed

King  of beasts or so I’m named

Look at  me with my  tattered mane.

I would rather rest by yonder tree

Than be a movie celebrity

They even placed me among the stars

Such an idea is really  bizarre.

BUTTERFLY

Once sheltered I would hide

Too afraid to step outside

Now my world’s on fire

I have found my hearts desire.

The caterpillar for a long time

Saving every quarter, nickel and dime

It wasn’t easy with bills to pay.

It wasn’t easy to live this way

Books I would sit and read

Quite time my greatest need

Now I am ready to fly

The beautiful colourful butterfly.

With wings outstretched fresh and new

I look around at this city I knew

But something has changed it’s not the same

Is this for real or is it a game.

My worlds’ been turned upside down

So forward I go without a frown

I will remember the good and not dark

The lake, the shops and the park.

LESSONS

The eyes of the child filled with tears

Trying always to please thy peers

Finding it hard to learn by rote

The child learns to take down notes

North, South East or West

The young child takes the test

Red, yellow, blue or green

She’s done well and faces gleam.

Though our learning will never end

On spiritual guidance we can depend

For now we learn with guided trust

We live as spirit and that's a plus

Spiritual

This is the place to be

Where Friends gather in harmony

It doesn't matter how often your down

It doesn't matter how often you frown

Come on in we're here to grow

Come on in let your being glow

We come to hear lessons from above

We come to hear "We are Loved"

But most of all we come as friends

To chat to laugh and good wishes send

So won't you join our happy team

Open your heart and follow your dream.

Friendships

May dawn bring joy of a new day
May sunset be your reward as upon your pillow you lay
May friendships be found the last the years
The kind that knows how to pick you up

 when your shedding tears
The kind that is golden and grows with love
The kind that is blessed from Heaven above.

Heavenly Kiss

The story shall unfold as I crone and wail
Come close my darling as I tell you my tale
A story of long ago when life was bliss
When earth received a heavenly kiss

Dark times where upon the earth as our story starts
God so loved her world she took Earth to her heart
She called upon Mother Earth and Father Sky
The story she told was sadly true making Father cry.

Mother was so distraught she gave a might sigh
into the sky huge molten rocks did fly
Was an awful scene to behold
A story of love, it has never been told.

For many days Father cried
For many days Mother sighed
Then god once again spoke
He said it was time he gave Earth a poke

To the earth he gave a Heavenly Kiss
From that day forward the earth was full of bliss
Peoples of earth were joyful as happy
Not a single being was sad or snappy .

This is a song which can be sung to the tune;
 The Rose by Bette Milder

Look Into My Heart.

Look into my heart, there's a light there
It's strong and shinning bright.
Look into my eyes, they're clear now
Dark pearls of the night.
Look into my world, It's full of darkness,
mistrust and despair.
I have taken flight now in the cool scented air.

Now my heart is softly beating
It plays a soulful tune.
I can laugh and joke now
With comfort in the room.
My friends have gathered around me,
They hug me with their love.
Prayers of healing find me
With guidance from above.

I'm am blessed to know you
Believe me this is true.
Once I was lost and lonely,
My anger forever grew.
Forgive me for the troubles,
I have to you brought.
They are all behind,
Good lessons they have taught.
I send you all hugs now,
And thank you very much.
May rest calmly and
Know the angels touch.

Depth of Blue...

From the depth of oceans  blue

Songs and wisdom, perfectly  true

We need to  hear them from  within

Messages from  our  friends with  fins

Giving us warnings oh so clear

Of   discomfort we shall bare

Our power has changed our fate

They're telling us it is not too late.

Tune in your hearts and light its flame

This is truth, it's not a game

We need to change, we need to fast

We need to repair if earth is to last.

Harmony, love and they share with joy

Playing gracefully with a rubber toy

These aqua souls of beauty are here for a reason

The message is clear... This is our season.

Thought for the Day

May tomorrow's dawn bring new

meaning to your path.

May today's sunset fill you

with joy that lasts.

May you find friendship

where ever you turn.

May you know the love of spirit

with each listen learnt
